A total dose of 1 ml MORR-F topical solution should be applied twice per day to the affected scalp, beginning at the center of the area. This dose should be used regardless of the size of the affected area. The total daily dose should not exceed 2 ml.
Clinical experience with minoxidil solution and finasteride indicates that application for 3 or more months may be required before evidence of hair growth stimulation can be expected. Onset and degree may be variable among patients.

If you respond to treatment with MORR F, your initial regrowth may be soft, downy hair ("vellus"), and may hardly be visible. After further treatment, it is likely that your hair regrowth will change and become the same color and thickness as the rest of your hair. Patients using MORR F have reported that the loss of hair is slowed during treatment.
Hereditary hair loss is a lifelong condition. Once you stop using the medication your normal hair loss process will restart. Hence, it is important that you continue to use the medication to maintain hair growth and stop additional hair loss.
Morr F should not be applied more than 2 times day. Any overuse of the medication can do more harm than benefit. You would not want to see hair growth on unwanted parts of the body. Hence, it is advisable to apply the solution only to the affected areas on the scalp.
